Hi Friends! My name is Jenn.

I’m a yoga teacher and facilitator devoted to creating spaces where people feel welcome, supported, and connected. My approach weaves together mindful movement, breath awareness, sound, and intentional practices to help students cultivate presence, clarity, and inner trust.

Rather than striving for perfection, I encourage students to explore practice with curiosity and compassion. honoring their own pace and experience. I provide many gentle Reminders that this practice is beyond a physical practice or “work out”. its a way to calm the mind and open the heart so we can recognize our true nature and connect with our hearts truest desires and how we want to show up in the world.

to walk alongside others as they reconnect with themselves and embody what matters most in their lives.

Why Sankalpa resonates so deeply to me.

There is a quiet wisdom that lives inside each of us. beneath the noise of daily life, beneath expectations, beneath the stories we carry and the experiences that have shaped us.

In yogic tradition, sankalpa is a heartfelt intention, a truth that already exists within, waiting to be remembered and embodied. It is not something we force or create, but something we uncover through presence, awareness, and compassionate attention.

The practices offered here are designed to help you reconnect with that inner knowing and wisdom.

Through movement, breath, stillness, and sound, and ceremony, we create space to listen more clearly to the heart and to live with greater alignment, purpose, and authenticity.

This is a practice of returning to yourself.
