Basics and Hatha-inspired all-levels classes offer the opportunity to explore alignment, move with the breath, and spend time in postures long enough to build both strength and understanding. This approach supports deeper body awareness, confidence, and a more connected practice.❋ Restorative and Yoga Nidra
Restorative practices are so important to allow your body time to receive without much muscular effort. This practice is also great when recovering from an injury or mobility issues as the practice is completely supported with props and the goal to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible.
Yoga Nidra is a practice of guided mediation that is deeply restorative and healing. This practice can also be customized to assist with repatterning thoughts and behaviors in more private customized sessions. ❋ Sound Healing
Sound healing is a deeply restorative practice that uses vibration, frequency, and resonance to bring the body and mind into harmony. These sessions create space for stillness, release, and reconnection, supporting your natural ability to heal, regulate, and return to balance. ❋ Cacao Ceremonies
Cacao ceremonies are heart-centered gatherings that combine ceremonial cacao with meditation, reflection, and intentional connection. Practice is not about perfection.
It is about learning to be present with what is in the body, in the mind, and in the moment.
As we move and breathe, we begin to notice habits of reaction, judgment, and expectation. With awareness, we create space to respond instead of reacting, cultivating steadiness and clarity within.
Yoga becomes less about doing and more about being, a return to the stillness that already lives inside you.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Join me for a special cacao ceremony and sound bath that will leave you feeling both grounded and uplifted!
You’ll learn about cacao’s rich history and enjoy a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, valued for its natural antioxidants and nutrients that support mood, clarity, and focus. We will set our intention to connect with our Sankalpa, our heartfelt desire or that which we want to embody.
We’ll conclude with calming guided meditation and a soothing sound bath, to leave you relaxed and centered. This experience invites you to slow down, reflect, and reset your intentions for how you want to be and how you want to show up in this world!
Please bring your yoga mat, a journal if you’d like to take notes, and your favorite mug to enjoy your cacao.

Join us for a light, heart-opening experience designed to help you reconnect with joy, ease, and the simple pleasure of being present.
The energy of spring has started to fully bloom! This is an invitation to soften your grip, let go of what feels heavy, and return to what feels good. Lets soften out of winter’s stillness and gently awaken to fresh energy and possibility.
We will begin with A heart-opening cacao ceremony led by me.
A slow, intentional moment to sip, breathe, and fully arrive. This heart-opening ritual invites you to reconnect with your inner spark and the small, meaningful moments that bring you joy. You’ll be guided through reflective journaling prompts to explore what lights you up, where you can invite in more ease, and how you can welcome more joy into your daily life. Optional share at the end. <3
April will lead a slow, fluid yoga flow, suitable for all levels. Through mindful movement and breath, you’ll open the body, release tension, and create space for expression, lightness, and play. We’ll complete our journey with a deeply restorative sound bath meditation, allowing you to settle into an extended savasana.
