❋ Slow Flow
A gentle, mindful flow linking breath with movement at a steady, unhurried pace. Postures are held for several breaths to support strength, mobility, and deeper body awareness while encouraging nervous system regulation and presence. This class invites you to slow down, listen inward, and move with intention rather than urgency.
Suitable for all levels, with options offered throughout.
❋ Power Yoga
A dynamic, energizing practice designed to build strength, stability, and focus through continuous movement and intentional challenge. While physically engaging, the emphasis remains on awareness, noticing how you respond to intensity and cultivating steadiness of mind within effort.
Expect to move, sweat, and explore your edges while staying connected to breath and presence.
❋ Essential Basics & All levels Hatha Style Practice
Basics and Hatha-inspired all-levels classes offer the opportunity to explore alignment, move with the breath, and spend time in postures long enough to build both strength and understanding. This approach supports deeper body awareness, confidence, and a more connected practice.
❋ Sound Healing
Sound healing is a deeply restorative practice that uses vibration, frequency, and resonance to bring the body and mind into harmony. These sessions create space for stillness, release, and reconnection, supporting your natural ability to heal, regulate, and return to balance.
❋ Restorative and Yoga Nidra
Restorative practices are so important to allow your body time to receive without much muscular effort. This practice is also great when recovering from an injury or mobility issues as the practice is completely supported with props and the goal to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible.
Yoga Nidra is a practice of guided mediation that is deeply restorative and healing. This practice can also be customized to assist with repatterning thoughts and behaviors in more private customized sessions.
❋ Cacao Ceremonies
Cacao ceremonies are heart-centered gatherings that combine ceremonial cacao with meditation, reflection, and intentional connection. This gentle plant medicine has been used for centuries to support openness, clarity, and emotional acuity, creating space to slow down and reconnect within.

Practice is not about perfection.
It is about learning to be present with what is in the body, in the mind, and in the moment.
As we move and breathe, we begin to notice habits of reaction, judgment, and expectation. With awareness, we create space to respond instead of reacting, cultivating steadiness and clarity within.
Yoga becomes less about doing and more about being, a return to the stillness that already lives inside you.

Join April Denning and Myself for a nourishing Spring Awakening experience. Designed to help you transition into the new season with clarity, vitality, and a renewed connection to yourself. The days are growing longer, and this is our third workshop! It's been so cool to see how things have shifted, and what’s transformed. Let’s soften out of winter’s stillness and gently awaken to fresh energy and possibility.
WHAT TO EXPCECT: A heart-opening cacao ceremony led by Jenn. A slow, intentional moment to sip, breathe, and fully arrive. This grounding ritual creates space to honor the season you’re emerging from, acknowledge the shifts within you, and plant intentions for what you’re ready to cultivate this spring. Time to journal and reflect on a few prompts that will help you come into this new season with lightness, confidence, and excitement. Optional share at the end. <3 Gentle, yin inspired yoga for all-levels yoga.
Through breath and intention, you’ll clear stagnant energy, create openness in the body, and invite in a sense of lightness and expansion; just as nature does this time of year. We’ll complete our journey with a deeply restorative sound bath meditation, allowing you to settle into an extended savasana.
